Whiskey Mountain Outfitters is a small, family owned and operated business in Idaho. We carry multiple state licenses and permits and private leases to be able to offer high quality, successful hunts. We raise and train our own dogs… and kids! We cook and guide 85% of our clients ourselves and many of our clients become our friends.

5-Day Lodge Based Bear Hunts
The hunt: We have had 100% shot opportunity for several years and usually have about 75% color phase bears.
Idaho Cougar Hunts:
For many big game hunters, harvesting a cougar is a life-long dream. Don’t wait to make it happen! We have great cougar numbers in Idaho right now with generous hunting seasons and opportunities. There isn’t much more that will get your heart pumping than being within 25 feet of the mountain’s deadliest predator.
Idaho Elk Hunts:
We offer fully guided lodge-based elk hunts in some of Idaho’s most beautiful and game rich units. Our goal is to get you where the elk are, so we use horseback, side by sides, and hiking to get you there. Besides our guides, we have at least 5 spotters on the mountain feeding us information on game movement so the guides can take you to the most active areas and stay on the game the whole hunt.
Idaho Deer Hunts
Archery: August 30th – September 30th
Any Weapon: October 10th – October 31st
