Prairie Waterfowl Co.

Hunting in North America

Alberta, Canada, is world renown for its first-class waterfowl hunting opportunities. Prairie Waterfowl Co. (PWC) is located is East-Central Alberta, the bottleneck of the Pacific, Central and Mississippi flyways during the fall migration. As such, PWC is proud to offer over 2.8 million huntable acres of waterfowl paradise to our guests.

Alberta is the northern most stopping grounds during the fall migration for a multitude of waterfowl species including snow geese, ross geese, greater white fronted geese (specklebelly), Canada geese, mallards, pintails, and a variety of other puddle and diving ducks. Additionally, Alberta has joined the other prairie provinces in opening a fall season for sandhill cranes. Our province offers liberal daily limits on all species with 8 dark geese, 8 ducks, and 50 snows. Sandhill cranes have a daily bag limit of 5.

PWC strives to ensure that your stay with us provides the complete outfitter experience from start to finish. We pride ourselves on providing proficient guides, industry leading equipment, premier hunting locations, and the best customer service in the business. After the hunt, take a short walk down the hall to refuel and rest at the restaurant, where guests choose meals from a well-rounded menu. Sit back and relax in the sports bar after dinner while we relive the excitement of every action-packed moment.

PWC pride ourselves on delivering a premium hunting experience while creating lasting relationships with our guests.
Come experience Alberta’s in your face waterfowl action while creating memories to last a lifetime.
