Bear Hunting:

WFO Bear Hunt has been in business for nearly 30 years and has grown a reputation of producing QUALITY as well as QUANTITY of bears for our clients.

We offer multiple baited sites for each hunter as well as pre-installed ladder stands at what we consider to be the very best and most active baits. We also offer advice on stand set-up if you choose to bring your own “favorite” stand. WFO will assist in the tracking/retreival of your trophy as well as skinning and caring for your cape.

Your typical 6 day hunt will usually begin on a Saturday and end on the following Thursday afternoon.

We offer freezer service and also have an excellent Meat Processor in nearby Thunder Bay that will vacuum seal and freeze your meat (for a nominal fee) for your trip home. WFO does not charge any Trophy Fees.

Wolf Hunts:

WFO is offering you the opportunity to hunt the top predator in the north, the Timber Wolf. Our wolf hunts begin in December and run through to the end of March. Timber Wolves are typically hunted from a blind and utilize bait stations as an attraction. For several years now we have been operating at a near 100% success rate for wolf harvest.

Your wolf hunt will include accommodations, active / baited sites and blinds prepared for your choice of weapon.

International Guests:
WFO has entertained clients from around the world including Finland and Germany. Clients from the USA have come to visit and hunt with us from as far away as Texas, Alabama and many of the Midwestern States.
