Alberta Wild Outfitters invites you to join us for seven full days of Archery Moose hunting during the rutting season. Our Moose hunts offer some of the most intense hunting action and heart pounding excitement especially when a giant bull answers the call.

Your Alberta Wild Moose hunt will take place from our remote back country camp where we will depart each day and trek, boat or use ATV’s to access the hunting areas. We will spend a great deal of time calling and tracking bulls until we have located the bull you want. All our hunting methods are proven and produce. The hunting area consists of broad deciduous tracts, dense coniferous stands and known burns and cut blocks which have always produced prime moose encounters. The perfect combination of remoteness, habitat and genetics, helps to consistently produce quality animals within our hunting area. All hunts include, transportation during your stay, full meals, accommodations and full guiding services.

 

During the Winter months, we provide professionally guided wolf hunts in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, near Grande Prairie Alberta. Hunting wolves is challenging as they are intelligent and elusive predators that prefer the shadows of the timber. 

In Winter, wolves form packs and often stake out game throughout their range, roaming in search of easy food sources. Hunting these elusive wolves involves setting out bait and hunkering down for the long sit. Hunting from heated ground blinds over these bait sites, hunters can expect a shooting range between 150 to 200 yards. This method has proven successful, with many Alberta record wolves harvested. We currently operate 6 active bait sites and can easily move hunters between these sites depending on the wolf movement.
